This is my second Tribit speaker. This one has big sound without distortion due to heavy speakers & apparently a big battery. My first Tribut was a bit smaller and has great sound...this one has superb sound!
Initially I was convinced by some YouTubers who shared their experiences with this device, and I thought... Why not? After researching other review sites I finally bought it.
Two weeks testing it and well... Impressive volume considering its size; clear sound, highs and mids sounds wonderfull also at max volume with zero distortion, however, I can't say the same about low notes, they are reduced after 80% volume but it's understandable. (To avoid distorting the other notes, thumbs up Tribit!) Tip: Always keep the XBass feature on!
Regarding the design, it looks sober without useless illumination that only consumes more battery, the finish feels premium with rubbered hard plastic and front metal grille with one small nice logo at bottom. Also feels heavy for its size, confirming me that use great quality drivers and bigger battery, compared to cheap knockoffs that weights nothing... I like so much how it looks that I'm also using it as my main PC speaker connecting it to AUX port from my monitor. (for more power I just switch to my 680W system)
Battery life is fine, but honestly I don't care about it because I charge it with my PC or power bank easily.
Don't waste your time looking for another speaker at this price range and buy it right now, it will not dissapoint you!
Tribit customer service is excellent. I had my Tribit speaker for 2 months and it would not keep a charge. I contacted Tribit and they walked me through steps to fix it but it still did not work. They shipped me a brand new speaker in 3 days. Love this speaker as the sound is excellent. I play it in my golf cart while golfing and it works great!!!
