Return & Refund Policy
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee for Any Reason
Undamaged products may be returned for a full refund for any reason within 30 days of the date the products have been delivered. Once the returned item arrives back in Tribit warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin. For refunds, the turnaround time to proceed with the refund will be between 3-7 business days after receiving your returned item.
Within 30 days of receiving the item, if you are not pleased with the product, you can contact our Support Center for a refund. Here's the important info required:
a. Order number & Order platform.
b. The reason for return.
c. Send a clear photo as proof of all the items and original package in a good condition.
Note: Refund requests for the 30-day money back guarantee expire 30 days after opening a warranty claim. For purchases not made on Tribit website and our official stores on Amazon, please contact retailers for refunds.
2. Product Returns/Exchanges for Quality-Related Issues
All quality-related defects on original items are covered by an extensive warranty, starting from the date of purchase. If the product is deemed to be defective, we will be responsible for unconditional repair or replacement.

During the warranty period, if you found any quality-related issues on the items you received, please contact our Support Center to help determine if your product needs to be sent off and direct you to the necessary actions. Please follow the steps below to speed up the process of returns:
a. Provide the order number & order platform.
b. Describe the problem with your item in detail(When and what happened?)
c. What steps you have already taken to resolve the issue?
d. Send a clear photo or video showing the defects or issues(the photo should be taken at a closed distance and in a good lighting conditions).
3. Regarding the Shipping Costs in Returns
a. If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
b. If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
The refunds will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account and PayPal account again.
If you paid via credit card, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. If you paid via PayPal, contact PayPal. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
