FAQs

The earbuds cannot connect to my phone’s Bluetooth.

1. There will be 3-5 second search time when the earbuds are connected to a new device, please be patient.
2. Check whether the earbuds are connected to other devices because the earbuds default to the last connected device, so please disconnect the connected device or reset the earbuds.
3. If the mobile phone has been connected to other earbuds, please click on the Bluetooth name in the Bluetooth list for connection.

Call drops / music keeps disconnecting / earbuds disconnect randomly.

In areas with complicated electrical signals, there is a call stopping / music disconnection / earbuds disconnection.
There is a call stopping / music disconnection / earbuds disconnection when the connection is over range.

The Bluetooth connection distance is too short.

The Bluetooth connection distance of the earbuds is normal in the industry.
The connection distance is> 10 meters in an open environment.

It is normal for the connection distance to become shorter in environments with complex electrical signals / obstructed objects.

The left and right earbuds are out of sync.

You can try to put the left and right earbuds back into the charging compartment and take them out again.

Touch controls do not respond or respond incorrectly.

1. Please wipe off the water/sweat on the finger before touching the button because wet fingers will affect the sensitivity of touching the button.
2. The interval between two touches is 800ms (milliseconds), that is, the interval between two touches can be recognized within 800ms, and it is not recognized if it is greater than 800ms. It is recommended to speed up the touch.

Charging takes too long.

Designed with a 2600mAh large-capacity battery, it takes longer to charge than a normal-capacity battery.

The earbuds stop working after falling into water or liquid enters them

The earbuds are waterproof.
After the earbuds fall into the water, shake off the water on the surface of the them and the sound openings, and dry them before using them again.

Can the earbuds be worn in the shower or for swimming?

However, keep the earbuds away from the soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, perfume and more because these may affect the water seal and acoustic film performance of the earbuds.

The waterproof performance is not permanently effective and may weaken over time. Therefore, don’t wear the earbuds to take a bath for a long time.
Just do as follows to avoid affecting the waterproof performance of the earbuds:
Keep it away from perfume, solvents, cleansers, acidic or acidic foods, insecticides, lotions, sunscreens, emollient oils or hair dyes.
Do not wear the earbuds in the sauna or steam room.
